Paradis 4 is on the top (4th) floor of the recently completed Résidence le Paradis, which is situated right in the centre of Chamonix. Tucked away off the main street, it's location means that the numerous shops, bars and restaurants of the centre are a very short walk away. Equally, it is just a couple of hundred metres from the Savoy nursery slopes, which in turn give access to the Brévent ski area at Plan Praz.
At over 120m2, the apartment offers a lot of space with fabulous views of Mont Blanc and the surrounding peaks through several large windows. It comprises a large open plan living, dining and kitchen area, 2 ensuite double bedrooms, a twin room, a bunk bedroom, main bathroom and separate WC. It is furnished to a high standard with a mix of modern contemporary and traditional Savoyard styles, including leather sofas, large flat screen TV, DVD player and Wifi internet.
In addition, there is secure underground parking for 1 car (lockable garage) plus a good sized cellar big enough for bikes in the summer.
