Résidence Barrats A is a centrally located apartment in a quiet, tree lined-setting. Refurbished to a high standard in 2007, it comprises a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a bathroom and a WC. The open plan lounge/dining room has a double sofabed, modern stylish kitchen and a balcony.
The apartment is away from the main roads in quiet, tree-lined surroundings. There is private external parking and a large ski/bike cellar on the lower ground floor.
Résidence Barrats is situated on Chemin de la Larze to the south-west of Chamonix town centre. It is around five minutes' walk from Place Balmat, the town square and two minutes from the shops and facilities of Chamonix Sud.
The apartment is well equipped with flat screen TV, CD player, DVD player and dishwasher. It would suit up to 6 people looking to stay close to the town centre yet in more peaceful surroundings. |
