NEW PROPERTY Liarets 3 is part of the hamlet of the Chalets des Liarets, a brand new development of 4 linked, but self-contained, quality chalets. It is located in the exclusive Plaine des Praz, 10 minutes by foot to the Flégère cable car and 20 minutes to Chamonix town centre.
Liarets 3 sleeps up to 8 people in 3 good-sized bedrooms. On the garden level, there is a large living and dining area with fireplace, leading onto the south-facing balcony terrace offering fabulous views of Mont Blanc and the Aiguilles du Chamonix. The modern kitchen opens onto the dining area via a bartop and will be fully equipped with Bosch and Siemens appliances. Also on this level is a double bedroom with ensuite shower room and separate WC.
On the top floor, there are 2 further bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms. The first (family) bedroom will have a double bed plus 2 singles; the second bedroom will have 2 single beds, making the total capacity 8 people. At lower ground floor level, there is a private garage plus ski and boot storage areas.
The development is due to complete in the autumn and will be offered for rent from 15th January 2011 onwards. The interiors have been designed by Leslie Gauthier, who has recently completed the 4 star Hotel Morgane in Chamonix. The finishes are a mixture of antique oak parquet and traditional spruce, with modern contemporary features and hand made furniture from the Lacroix brothers.
The Chalets des Liarets are offered individually, in pairs or as a whole. Numbers 1/2 and 3/4 are linked by a lockable passageway and all 4 chalets can be accessed internally via the parking level, giving ultimate flexibility for any group up to 32 people.
