Chalet Biolay is a development of 5 luxury apartments, just a short walk from the centre of Chamonix. The high quality specification and variety of internal layouts have been designed to suit all tastes, with an emphasis on modern lifestyles. The specification includes handmade fitted kitchens, integrated appliances, Roca white sanitaryware, thermostatically controlled showers, engineered oak floors, electric shutters, satellite TV points and built in TV/DVD and speaker system.
Apartment 3 is a duplex on the ground and first floors. The ground floor comprises a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a large open plan living room. This has a dining and lounge area with a log burner and a sofabed. The modern kitchen area leads off this. The first floor has a twin bedroom, bunk bedroom and shower room.
There is a separate storage room and an allocated parking space. In addition, there is large decked terrace (accessed from the bunk room) and a communal sauna shared by all 5 apartments.
The apartments are superbly located adjacent the les Planards ski area and just 500 metres from the town centre and main train station. |
