Chalet Biolay is a development of 5 luxury apartments, just a short walk from the centre of Chamonix. The high quality specification and variety of internal layouts have been designed to suit all tastes, with an emphasis on modern lifestyles. The specification includes handmade fitted kitchens, integrated appliances, Roca white sanitaryware, thermostatically controlled showers, engineered oak floors, electric shutters, satellite TV points and built in TV/DVD and speaker system.
Apartment 5 is on the first floor and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 ensuite to the master bedroom), a large open plan living, dining and kitchen area plus main bathroom. It has a large balcony accessed via French doors from the living area and one of the bedrooms.
There is a separate storage room for skis and equipment. In addition, there is large balcony and communal sauna shared by the 5 apartments.
The apartments are superbly located adjacent the les Planards ski area and just 500 metres from the town centre and main train station. |
