Chalet le Planet has been fully renovated using a mixture of old and new timbers in the Haute Savoie style, paying particular attention to maintain the charm of the original chalet. Amongst the old, the chalet boasts the new - plasma TV with satellite, DVD, CD, WiFi internet access and more.
On the upper floor, there are 2 double bedrooms (both leading onto the balcony) and a family room (1 bunk, 1 single bed). There are 2 bathrooms, 1 with shower and the other with jacuzzi bath. The ground floor boasts handcrafted furniture using original timbers, with a large open fireplace in the lounge area which leads to the open plan dining and kitchen area, fully equipped with modern appliances. There is also a large utility area with boot and ski storage. On the lower floor, there is a double bedroom and a bunk room, looking out onto the gardens. There is a small games room as well as 3 further bedrooms (1 double, 1 bunk and 1 sofabed in the games room) without windows. There are 2 bathrooms on this level, 1 with bath and 1 shower room).
Chalet le Planet is nestled in the forests above Argentière, offering fabulous 180 degree views over Grands Montets, the Chamonix Valley and Mont Blanc. Situated in grounds of 1600m2, it enjoys the sun most of the day - a rarety in the Valley.
