Fitness isn’t just about slogging it out in some sweaty gym - how does stretching out at the foot of Mont Blanc sound? Or cross-training in an Alpine paradise? Or hiking to the summit of a mountain and cooling your feet in a crystal clear lake?

Sounds great, doesn’t it! Well, add in luxury accommodation and delicious healthy food and you’re thinking along our lines. Would a daily massage seal the deal? We thought so…

We’ve put together a great package that is equally suited to fitness freaks or chilled out types, men or women, friends or colleagues - just let us know what you want and we’ll plan the perfect retreat.

Take some time out to relax, exercise and focus on you for anything from 4 nights to a full week. Go on - you deserve it!

Fitness & Massage

Your day will start with a gentle yoga session that will waken and prepare your body for the day ahead.

After a healthy breakfast you’ll get the blood pumping with an invigorating fitness class run by one of our professional trainers. You could find yourself swinging kettlebells, balancing on a Swiss ball or attacking those abs with a core class.

Weather permitting, classes will be held outside so that you can be inspired by the magnificent views and refreshed by the cool mountain breeze.

After dinner you will have the opportunity to unwind with a relaxing and well-deserved 30 minute massage from a professional masseur. If you have any aches or niggles then this is the perfect time to give them some loving attention.

Our fitness team can also provide additional sessions, personal training or take you for a run on local trails by request* - please contact us in advance if you would like to take your training a step further.

Food

We work with a team of extremely talented chefs who have a real passion for fresh ingredients, nutritious recipes and clean healthy eating.

They have created a number of delicious and healthy menus for your stay that will leave you fully satisfied and glowing from the inside out.

A great day starts with a great breakfast and ours is designed to set you up in style for your morning workout - homemade muesli packed with nuts, seeds and dried fruits, alongside fresh fruits, whole wheat bread, freshly squeezed fruit juices and smoothies.

Lunch can either be laid out for you in the chalet, or packed up to take as a picnic into the mountains. Lean meats and lightly grilled fish, seasonal vegetables and fresh salads bursting with goodness.

After an exhilarating day you'll have a delicious three course evening meal to look forward to, with the emphasis as much on flavour as on nutrition - "healthy eating" never tasted so good.

Fresh fruits and herbal teas/infusions will be left out for you to help yourselves to whenever you like.

Activities

Each afternoon you will have the opportunity to take advantage of the massive outdoor playground that is right on our doorstep!

We have planned your stay so that you have the perfect balance between guided outdoor adventures and your own well-deserved “down-time”.

On alternate afternoons one of our lovely mountain leaders (all qualified IMLs) will take you to explore the amazing hiking trails of the Chamonix valley. Discover crystal clear lakes, wander through Alpine meadows, traverse spectacular mountain ridges and maybe even spot the famous “Chamois” deer. Hikes can be tailored to your preference, so let us know in advance how active or leisurely you would like your adventure to be.

On the remaining afternoons you are free to chill at the chalet, enjoy the shops and cafés of Chamonix town, go paragliding, take a ride up the Aiguille du Midi, relax at a luxury spa or do anything else that takes your fancy! Accommodation

Kick back on the sun terrace, soak in the outdoor hot tub or relax in the sauna - all of our chalets are in wonderful locations with stunning views and great facilities.

We can accommodate groups from 8 people up to 18 in a choice of excellent chalets from the bright and modern Chalet Olivier to the traditional grandeur of Chalet Amelie. Smaller groups and individuals may be accommodated depending on availability - just drop us a line to see what we can do.

What's Included

We’ve put all the essentials into one handy package - accommodation, food, fitness, activities and massages - so that all you have to do is get yourself here!

We've also suggested a few ideas of optional extras that you may want to consider to make your stay even more enjoyable.

INCLUDED
  • Accommodation: Our retreats can be booked for 4 or 7 nights, please contact us for available dates.
  • Food: Breakfast, lunch and evening meal are provided on all full days. You will be welcomed with an evening meal on arrival day and will enjoy a farewell breakfast on departure day. Fresh fruit bowls and a selection of herbal teas/infusions are there for you to snack on whenever you like.
  • Fitness: Each full day will include a pre-breakfast session of 30 minutes and a morning workout of one hour. Optional personal training* can be organised should you wish to book it in advance.
  • Activities: A full week will include 3 excursions and a 4 night stay will include 2 excursions, each of 3-4 hours and accompanied by a qualified International Mountain Leader. Other activities can be organised at your request*.
  • Massages: After dinner you can unwind with a 30 minute massage from a professional masseur. Additional massages and relaxation treatments can be booked on request*
OPTIONAL EXTRAS
  • Airport Transfers: We recommend booking your transportation from the airport with our partners at Haute Transfer. Reliable, comfortable and friendly they will pick you up at the arrivals gate and deliver you directly to your door - they’ll even offer you refreshments en route! A single transfer costs just 34€, or you can book a private 8 seater minibus for €207.
  • Lift Passes: You can’t come to Chamonix and not ride to the top of the Aiguille du Midi! At 3842m its the closest you’ll get to Mont Blanc without doing a summit expedition. Lift passes can be bought for anything from 1 day to 6 and give you access to all the cable cars, gondolas and chairlifts in the valley - essential if you want to do some high level hiking, mountain biking or even take a parapente flight.
  • Cookery Class: Take a taste of your holiday home with you and benefit from the expert advice of your private chef. Learn some top nutritional tips and delicious healthy recipes with a cookery class at the chalet - this can be booked for the whole group or individuals (depending on chef availability).
