Chalet Les Sauberands is a classic Alpine chalet, with all the charm you expect from a traditional farmhouse.
It has been renovated to a very high standard, keeping original features such as aged oak beams, while adding modern luxuries such as a jacuzzi and satellite TV.

The six comfortable bedrooms can all be made up as doubles or twin, allowing for various configurations and flexible sleeping arrangements for all group sizes. The spacious lounge area leads out onto a large balcony overlooking the sunny garden and terrace with hot tub.

Chalet Les Sauberands is one of those rare finds – a luxurious secluded chalet within easy strolling distance of Chamonix centre. The chalet is also just a few minutes from the train station, giving access to the whole valley.

    Entrance hall with large coat cupboard. Two flexible en-suite bedrooms, an additional WC and a lounge/media room with glass doors which open onto the deck and hot tub. From the hallway a door gives access to ski storage and a heated boot rack. The boiler room has a washing machine and tumble dryer.








    First Floor
    The living area, dining area and modern kitchen is open plan and very spacious. Three sets of glass doors open onto a balcony with mountain views. Steps lead down to the deck and hot tub and opens onto a large garden.

    1 en-suite bedroom, 2 further flexible bedrooms and a separate bathroom.

    Location

    It's rare to find such a secluded chalet so close to the heart of Chamonix, Chalet les Sauberands is situated just a few minutes walk from the pedestrianised town centre.

    It is 450 metres on foot to Avenue Michel Croz, the start of the main shopping streets in Chamonix and the nearest supermarkets are a small Casino grocery store or the larger Carrefour Market, both about 650m from the chalet.

    A couple of restaurants lie within 200 metres, and there are more to choose from in the town centre as well as shops, a cinema, cafés and bars.

    There are a number of hiking trails nearby in the Les Planards and Les Bois areas, both a short stroll from the chalet.

    The main train station is just 450m away, as well as the historical Train du Montenvers that goes up to the glacier at Mer de Glace. Bus stops are also within easy walking distance.
