Where better to inspire, motivate and galvanise your team than in the spectacular setting of Chamonix Mont Blanc?

Our little valley, tucked amongst the rugged peaks of the Mont Blanc Massif, offers a wealth of activities from extreme adventures to fun experiences.

All of our activities are lead by fully qualified, experienced and enthusiastic mountain guides who's aim is to make your event the very best that it can be.

Corporate & Bespoke

Whether you want to reward your team for a job well done or provide a special incentive, Chamonix is the perfect place to host an incredible winter experience.

Guided skiing on the Vallée Blanche, husky sledding, a traditional Savoyard dinner in a mountain restaurant, snowshoeing by night, a panoramic flight over Mont Blanc... the possibilites are endless.

Summer has just as much to offer with canyoning in mountain waterfalls, hiking up to alpine lakes, rock climbing, paragliding and more. More serene activities involve hot air ballooning, day trips to luxurious spa retreats, and paragliding on gentle thermals high above the valley.

We offer accommodation to suit all groups size and can organise exceptional catering on request, or we are equally happy to take care of the activities while you choose from one of the many hotels in Chamonix.

We work only with qualified and experienced activity providers, our trusted partners in the Chamonix valley.

Adrenaline Adventures

There's more to Chamonix than skiing and snowboarding - but if that's your passion then why not up the adrenaline factor by dropping into a remote valley by helicopter to find fresh untouched powder?

We offer a multitude of options to get your pulse racing, in both summer and winter. Year-round activities include ice climbing amongst the crevasses and seracs of high altitude glaciers, parapenting from over 4000m to soar over the Chamonix valley, and flying over Mont Blanc in a helicopter - you can even jump out into a thrilling sky dive if you have the nerve.

Winter adventures include a James Bond style evening of skidoos, fine dining and skiing by headtorch, or an exhilarating speed ride down the mountain with skis on your feet and a parachute on your back!

Summer brings more fun in the form of wild water; come to Italy with us for a day of rafting on the grade 4 rapids, or see how your head for heights is by jumping 12 metres into a deep plunge pool in the forest on a canyoning expedition.

Whether you are a team of colleagues, a stag/hen party, or just a group of friends looking for adventure, we have plenty of thrills and spills to suit everyone. Most of these activities can also be adapted for children, so the family can get their kicks together!

Team Building

Build relationships between colleagues and strengthen your team dynamic on a tailor-made trip to the Alps.

Problem solving and risk assessment skills will be put to the test on a glacier rescue course with a UIAGM IFMGA qualified mountain guide. Kitted out with crampons, harnesses and ice axes this alpine adventure will take you far from the boardroom and into a world of ice and rock.

Break down boundaries and bring your team closer together with a white water rafting experience in summer, or driving a pack of huskies in winter! Great fun and an exhilarating experience that will really bond your team.

Encourage a healthy sense of competition with a biathlon challenge; cross-country skiing is much easier to learn than Alpine skiing and can be mastered in a couple of hours with no prior experience, pair this with a session at the rifle range and you've got a crack team of biathletes ready to race!

The wilderness of the Alps is a great place to learn skills such as orientation, map reading and route planning - together with an experienced mountain guide your team can plan a winter expedition, a ski tour, a summer hike or a trail running challenge.

Whatever your requirements, we can build the perfect itinerary.

Wilderness Soirée

A magical adventure in the snowy mountains, enjoy a traditional Savoyard meal in a Mongolian Yourt.

Venture up into the mountains at night and take a ride on a traditional wooden "paret" sledge to discover the Mongolian yourt, hidden away in the forest.

Campfires and warm soup greet us on arrival and then a traditional meal of salad, tartiflette and a dessert is served, before you're whisked back to Chamonix.

A unique alpine experience that you definitely can't do at home!

Handy Hints from Mountain Base
  • This is a fantastic way to celebrate a special occasion - keep them guessing by not revealing the secret location until you arrive at the yourt!
  • Bring a camera along, the paret ride is hilarious and you'll want to film the action as you skid and slide across the snow.
  • This evening usually runs on Wednesdays but bigger groups can book it privately on other nights of the week, just contact us with your requirements and we'll see what we can do.
